Roles include mobile registration, line ambassador and language translation support. Volunteering at a distribution location provides 1:1 interaction with food bank clients in need of weekly food support. Arrive at the food bank or hub locations 10 minutes before your shift.

We are currently looking for warehouse volunteers, who will assist us with sorting through our donations. Multiple shifts available food packagers/sorters needed saturdays in poco. Today the gvfb (greater vancouver food bank) provides assistance to over 28,000 people on a weekly basis.

It is also open to any individuals in need of food, or that cannot access government food banks because of barriers such as id, lack of housing, income or other specifics.
